We take great pride in the quality of our children’s apparel and toys. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

I. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

1. The request must be made within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
2. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
3. The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and seals intact.
4. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

II. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Teethers and pacifiers (once the seal is broken).
• Intimate apparel and swimwear without the hygiene liner.
• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Items marked as “Final Sale.”

III. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email support@kuxero.com with your order number. Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Note: Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item/defective), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

IV. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
